Description
At 9.5 x 3.3 metres the V309 covers 31.4 square metres, sitting between the compact and full-length capsules. It sleeps two to three and is the size most often chosen for a permanent granny flat or a longer-stay accommodation unit, where the extra floor area over the 306 models starts to matter day to day. It arrives fully finished, so the only site work is a level, compacted base.

Supplied and supported in Australia by Rover Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 34 654 850 558). Prices include GST and delivery anywhere in Australia. Manufactured at our own 70,000 m² facility in Wuhan. Products are upgraded continually, so images are indicative and the delivered unit takes precedence.
