These terms apply to sales made through rovercapsule.com by Rover Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 34 654 850 558), trading as Rover Capsule Homes.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST and delivery within Australia. Prices may change without notice, but the price that applies to your order is the price shown when your order is confirmed. A tax invoice is issued with every order.
Orders
An order placed through this website is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order in writing. We may decline an order — for example, where a site cannot be reached by standard transport, where a unit is unavailable, or where a price has been listed in error.
Specifications
Photographs, renders and floor plans show the model in a representative configuration. Dimensions are nominal and finishes, fittings and inclusions may vary as the factory improves the product. Anything you are relying on should be confirmed with us in writing before you order.
Approvals
Planning and building approval is your responsibility. Requirements vary between states and councils, and a unit used as a habitable dwelling is treated differently from one used as a studio or an ancillary structure. We can supply specifications, dimensions and structural details to support your application. We do not lodge applications and we cannot guarantee that approval will be granted.
Delivery, risk and title
Delivery, site preparation and timing are covered on our Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery. Title in the unit remains with us until payment has been received in full.
Warranty and returns
Set out on our Returns, Cancellations & Warranty page, together with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a unit is limited to repairing or replacing it, or paying the cost of repair or replacement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
