About Rover Capsule Homes
Who we are
Rover Capsule Homes brings prefabricated space capsule housing to Australia. The units are designed and manufactured by Rover in Wuhan, China, in a facility of more than 70,000 square metres, and supplied here by Rover Construction Pty Ltd (ABN 34 654 850 558).
The range runs from compact six-metre capsules through to twelve-metre units, alongside a separate range of modular homes and granny flats. They are used for resort and hotel accommodation, glamping and scenic sites, backyard studios, granny flats and staff quarters.
Every unit arrives fully finished. The structure is a seismic-rated steel frame with an aviation-grade aluminium shell, double-glazed throughout, with the interior fit-out, services and smart controls already installed and commissioned. You prepare the site and services; we deliver and set the unit down.
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars, include GST, and include delivery anywhere in Australia.
