Delivery is included
The price shown against every unit on this site is in Australian dollars, includes GST, and includes delivery anywhere in Australia. There is no separate freight charge.
What we need from you
Before we confirm a delivery date we need accurate information about your site: the width and surface of the access road, any overhead power lines or low branches, the gradient, and whether a crane or truck can be positioned close enough to set the unit down. If a site cannot be reached by standard transport we will tell you before you order, not after.
Timing
Production takes around 40 days from a confirmed order to the unit leaving the factory, plus transit time to your site. We give you a delivery window once the order is placed and keep you updated as the build progresses. Dates are estimates made in good faith; shipping schedules, weather and customs can move them, and we will tell you promptly if they do.
Site preparation
Your site must be prepared and ready on the agreed delivery date: level, with footings or piers in place and cured, and with power, water and waste services brought to the unit’s connection points. We deliver the unit and set it down in position. Final connection to services is arranged by you and usually takes a licensed electrician and plumber about half a day.
If the site is not ready when the unit arrives, or access turns out to be different from what was described, additional costs for waiting time, a return trip or specialist lifting equipment are payable by you.
On the day
Please inspect the unit on delivery and tell us straight away about any transport damage. Risk in the unit passes to you on delivery.
