Returns, Cancellations & Warranty

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Warranty

In addition to your rights above, every unit carries:

  • Ten years on the structure — the steel frame and the external shell.
  • Twelve months on fittings, fixtures, appliances and the smart control system.

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by incorrect site preparation, incorrect installation or connection by others, modification of the unit, misuse, or normal wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and photographs.

Change of mind

Each unit is built to order. We cannot accept a return simply because you have changed your mind once production has begun. If you are unsure which model suits you, download the price guides from the Catalogues page or ask us before ordering — we would rather answer questions than build the wrong building.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, tell us in writing as soon as possible. What you can recover depends on how far the build has progressed; the cancellation terms that apply to your order are set out in your written order confirmation. If you would like those terms confirmed before you commit, ask us and we will put them in writing first.

Faults and damage

Tell us about transport damage on the day of delivery, with photographs. For faults that appear later, contact us and we will arrange assessment and, where the claim is valid, repair or replacement of the affected part.
