The Courtney Off-Grid takes our biggest two-bedroom portable cabin and re-engineers it for properties without mains services. Gas appliances replace the electric fit-out, the guttering is set up to feed a rainwater tank, and the electrical system is ready for a solar and battery package.
Inside it is the full Courtney layout: two bedrooms, an open-plan living and dining space, a separate laundry area and a full bathroom, finished to the same standard as a conventionally built home.
It suits rural blocks, farm-stay accommodation, remote worker housing and anyone who wants a genuine second dwelling without connecting to the grid.
