The M-Pod is the simplest way to add a finished room to your property. It arrives as a flat-pack kit and two people can have it standing in six to eight hours — no slab, no trades, no approval headaches in most council areas for a structure this size (check your local rules).
The frame is galvanised steel, the walls are R24 insulated panels, and the front is floor-to-ceiling security glass, so it reads as a designed building rather than a shed.
Owners use it as a home office, art or music studio, guest cabin, home gym or a glamping pod for short-stay income.
