The Premium Avalon 24 is the fully upgraded version of our most popular tiny home. The specification difference is immediately obvious: custom timber ceilings throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, and two 43-inch 4K televisions already installed.
The layout puts a proper bedroom on the ground floor rather than forcing you up a ladder, with the lofts left free for storage or extra sleeping. Total living space is 204 square feet plus lofts.
It arrives move-in ready on its own trailer, which makes it equally viable as a primary residence, a guest suite or a high-yield short-stay rental.
