This is the largest kit in the range and the most striking. Assembled, it forms a two-storey 79.2 square metre modular home with 18.6 metres of double-glazed sliding doors and windows and a 19.8 square metre balcony running across the upper level.
It ships flat-packed, which keeps freight cost proportionate to the size of the finished building, and it is designed for assembly by a small crew without specialist plant.
Every kit is inspected before dispatch. Fit-out of kitchen, bathroom and services is arranged separately — tell us what you are planning and we will advise on what the kit does and does not include for your build.
